Inbox Ledger connects to Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes, finds invoices and receipts in incoming mail, extracts their data with AI, and reconciles the result against QuickBooks and Xero records. The product runs as a multi-tenant web application with role-based workspaces, a Chrome extension for capturing documents from vendor portals, and exports for accountants.
