Step-by-step: download invoices from Uline

  1. 1

Sign in to uline.com with the account tied to your customer number

Uline invoices belong to a Uline customer number, and the View and Pay Invoices page shows the invoices for the account you sign in with. Use the login that belongs to the billed account, and keep the customer number handy, because Uline asks for it whenever you pay or ask about an invoice without signing in.

  2. 2

    Open View and Pay Invoices

Go to My Account and open the View and Pay Invoices page (uline.com/MyAccount/FindInvoice). Signed in, you get the list of open invoices on your account with a checkbox next to each one, which is also where you view invoice details.

  3. 3

    Pay one or several invoices

Tick the checkbox next to each invoice you want to pay and click Pay Invoices. If you are paying on behalf of someone else, or without a login, the same page accepts an invoice number and a customer number to pay a single invoice without signing in.

  4. 4

Export order history and spend reports for reconciliation

Uline's Order History screen exports as Excel (.xls) or Text (.csv) and can show all company orders or only yours. The Reports area runs spend reports by product category, employee, location or item number for any time period, in Excel or PDF, and can email them to you every month on a schedule.

  5. 5

Ask Uline for anything the portal does not show

For a copy of an invoice, call customer service at 1-800-295-5510 or email customer.service@uline.com. For a past-due question or a payment that did not post, Uline lists its collections line at 888-884-6910 and its credit department at 877-513-3205.

About Uline billing

Uline invoices live on the View and Pay Invoices page in your Uline account. Sign in at uline.com, go to My Account and open View and Pay Invoices to see open invoices and pay them. Uline offers Net 30 billing to approved business customers, and customer service and collections handle invoice copies and past-due questions.

Uline is a packaging, shipping and industrial supply distributor, and for most small businesses it is a steady, low-drama supplier of boxes, tape, mailers and janitorial supplies. The bookkeeping work is in the terms. Card orders are simple; Invoice Me orders create a stream of Net 30 invoices that someone has to approve, pay and match.

Put your PO number on the order at checkout. Uline only offers the purchase order field on the Payment or Review and Submit pages, and fixing it afterward takes a phone call. An invoice that carries the right PO gets approved and paid on time.

About Uline

Uline is a distributor of shipping, packaging, industrial and janitorial supplies, with US, Canadian and Mexican sites (uline.com, uline.ca and uline.mx). Business customers can buy by card or apply for credit with the Invoice Me option at checkout, which bills on Net 30 terms after a credit review. Invoices are tied to a Uline customer number, and the View and Pay Invoices page in My Account is where they are listed and paid.

Why people stop doing this by hand

The problem with a Net 30 supplier is not one invoice. It is twenty small ones a month, each with its own due date, paid in batches that do not line up with any single invoice. When a check or ACH covers five invoices and one of them was short-shipped, the bank line, the invoices and the statement stop agreeing, and the bookkeeper spends an afternoon finding out why.

Inbox Ledger connects to Gmail, Outlook or IMAP with read-only access, finds invoices and receipts, extracts the data with AI, matches them to bank statement transactions, and pushes bills to QuickBooks Online or Xero. For a Net 30 supplier like Uline, the useful part is the matching: each payment that settles one invoice is paired with it automatically, which leaves only the batch payments to tie out by hand.

Next step

A few card orders a year need nothing more than a folder. A Net 30 account with regular Invoice Me orders across several locations is a reconciliation job; see our guide to vendor statement reconciliation, then let Inbox Ledger do the matching.

Where to look in the dashboard

  • My Account → View and Pay Invoices (uline.com/MyAccount/FindInvoice) lists and pays invoices
  • My Account → Order History filters, sorts and exports past orders as .xls or .csv
  • My Account → Reports runs on-demand and monthly scheduled spend reports in Excel or PDF
  • The FindInvoice page also accepts an invoice number plus customer number to pay without signing in

Before you start — quick checklist

  • The customer number on each invoice matches the account your books expect
  • Your PO number is on the invoice if your business requires one for approval
  • Net 30 due dates are tracked for every Invoice Me order
  • Each payment you sent maps to specific invoice numbers, not only a total
  • Freight charges are booked with the order they belong to
  • Monthly spend reports by location tie to the invoices you booked

Pro tips

  • Uline credit is Net 30, subject to credit approval. Qualified business customers see an Invoice Me option on the payment page at checkout, and the first Invoice Me order starts the credit review. Approved customers receive an invoice and pay within 30 days.
  • Add your PO number at checkout, on the Payment or Review and Submit page. Adding one to an order that is already placed means a call to 1-800-295-5510, and an invoice without the PO your approver expects tends to sit unpaid.
  • If you pay by ACH or wire, ask Uline for its EFT details at achrequests@uline.com rather than copying bank details from an old invoice.
  • Scheduled spend reports are an easy month-end check. Set a monthly report by location in PDF and compare it against the Uline invoices your bookkeeper booked.
  • Uline accepts major cards, debit cards without a PIN, EFT, wire, checks and money orders, and does not accept C.O.D., PayPal or prepaid cards, as of October 2026. Card orders produce a card charge to match; Invoice Me orders produce an invoice to pay.
