Step-by-step: download invoices from AT&T Business
- 1
Work out which AT&T portal holds your bill
AT&T sends business customers to different sign-ins depending on the service. Business Phone and Internet uses myAT&T for Business. Company-paid business wireless uses AT&T Premier. Dedicated voice, teleconferencing, data and IP-based services use Business Direct, and AT&T Business Center brings wireline business products into one place. AT&T notes that some of these portals are only for large businesses such as enterprises.
- 2
Register for myAT&T for Business, then sign in
To view a small business bill online, you first register for myAT&T for Business at att.com/registermybusiness. Once registered, sign in at att.com/mybusiness. Register with an address your finance team controls, so access does not leave with the person who set up the service.
- 3
Open Bill & Payments, then Bill History
After signing in, select Bill & Payments in the top navigation, then Bill History on the left. The Bill & payment page also gives you Bill Account Details, Usage, History and Reports, so you can see what a bill covers before you save it.
- 4
Save the statements you need while they are online
Bill History shows your current billing statement and previous ones. myAT&T for Business keeps up to 36 months of online bills. For anything older, AT&T asks you to contact them, and a convenience fee may apply, so save a copy of each statement for your records rather than relying on the portal.
About AT&T Business billing
AT&T Business bills for phone and internet live in myAT&T for Business. Register, sign in at att.com/mybusiness, select Bill & Payments in the top navigation, then Bill History on the left to see current and previous statements, with up to 36 months online. Company-paid wireless is billed in AT&T Premier, and larger wireline accounts in Business Center.
The bill itself is easy to reach. What trips up small businesses is that AT&T splits billing across portals by service, so the phones and the internet can sit behind two different sign-ins.
Save each AT&T statement as it posts. myAT&T for Business keeps up to 36 months online, and AT&T says copies of older bills mean contacting them, possibly with a convenience fee. Three years sounds like plenty until a tax question reaches back four.

Manual vs automated
| Manual | Automated with Inbox Ledger |
|---|---|
| Work out which AT&T portal holds each bill | Save a year of statements from Bill History once |
| Register for myAT&T for Business | Upload them to Inbox Ledger |
| Open Bill & Payments, then Bill History | Each bill is extracted with AI |
| Save each month's statement | Matched to the AutoPay debit on your uploaded bank statement |
| Repeat in Premier for wireless | Bills are pushed to QuickBooks Online or Xero |
| Match each AutoPay debit to its bill |
Why people stop doing this by hand
Telecom is a recurring expense with no natural reminder. AutoPay takes the money, nobody opens the portal, and when your bookkeeper asks for the documents at year end, someone has to remember which login holds the internet bill and which one holds the phones. With wireless in Premier and phone and internet in myAT&T for Business, the month-end check becomes a login hunt.
Inbox Ledger connects to Gmail, Outlook or IMAP with read-only access, finds invoices and receipts, extracts the data with AI, matches them to bank statement transactions, and pushes bills to QuickBooks Online or Xero. For AT&T, save the statements from Bill History while they are inside the 36-month window and upload them; each one is then matched to its AutoPay debit.
Next step
One AT&T account and someone who saves each bill: that works. Phones and internet on separate portals, several locations, or a year of missing bills before tax time: save what is still online, upload it to Inbox Ledger, and use our bank reconciliation guide to close the gap.

Pro tips
- myAT&T for Business keeps up to 36 months of bills online. Save a copy each month, since older copies need a request to AT&T and may carry a convenience fee.
- Company-paid wireless is billed through AT&T Premier, not myAT&T for Business. If the phones and the internet are on different portals, your bookkeeper needs access to both.
- Employees on a company discount who pay their own wireless bill manage it in their personal myAT&T. Those bills are theirs, not your company's, so they do not belong in your books.
- The Bill & payment page includes Usage and Reports alongside the bill. Use them when you split one AT&T account across departments or locations.
- Larger wireline and dedicated services sit in Business Center or Business Direct. If a known AT&T charge has no bill in myAT&T for Business, check those portals before assuming the bill is missing.
