Step-by-step: download invoices from Comcast Business
- 1
Sign in to Comcast Business My Account with a billing-access user
Go to business.comcast.com/myaccount and sign in with your Comcast Business user. You need billing access on the account to see past bills, so if the Billing section is missing, ask the account's administrator, who can create and manage users for employees.
- 2
Open Billing from the menu
Select Billing from the left-hand menu (some accounts show a hamburger-style menu instead). Comcast notes that the billing experience can look different depending on your account's configuration, so what you see is either a Billing Dashboard with your billing accounts listed, or a single billing page with a Bills section. Both lead to the same past statements.
- 3
Choose the billing account and open its invoices
On the Billing Dashboard, scroll to the billing account you want and select View Past Invoices; with only one billing account, scroll straight to Invoices. You land on the Invoices section of that Billing Account Details page. The Transaction History tab next to Invoices shows payments.
- 4
Download the bill PDF
In the Bills or Invoices list, past bills from the previous 24 months are arranged by the most recent cycle. Select the bill amount or the PDF icon to download it. Some accounts show a Most Recent Invoice section instead of Bills; past bills are viewed and downloaded there.
- 5
Ask support for anything older than 24 months
My Account shows up to 24 months of statements. For older bills, Comcast asks you to contact Comcast Business Customer Support. If you are closing a year of books or preparing for an audit, download the full 24 months now rather than waiting until the oldest month ages out.
About Comcast Business billing
You download a Comcast Business bill from My Account at business.comcast.com/myaccount. Select Billing from the menu, open the billing account (View Past Invoices on the Billing Dashboard, or the Bills section on single-account pages), then select the bill amount or the PDF icon. Statements from the past 24 months are available online.
Comcast Business is the kind of bill that pays itself by Auto Pay and gets forgotten until your bookkeeper asks for the statement behind the debit. Then it turns out only one person had billing access.
Give your bookkeeper their own My Account user with billing access instead of sharing a login. Comcast lets the account administrator create and manage users, and viewing past bills requires billing access, so this one setting decides whether the statements are reachable at month end.
About Comcast Business
Comcast Business sells internet, phone, TV and mobile service to businesses, from single storefronts to enterprises. Small and mid-sized customers manage service and billing in My Account on the web and in the Comcast Business app, where Paperless Billing delivers digital statements and Auto Pay handles recurring payments. Some enterprise-level customers see a slightly different version of the billing pages, and Comcast's help article covers both layouts.
Manual vs automated
| Manual | Automated with Inbox Ledger |
|---|---|
| Sign in to My Account with a billing-access user | Download the statements from My Account once |
| Open Billing | Upload the PDFs to Inbox Ledger |
| Open each billing account's past invoices | Each bill is extracted with AI |
| Download each month's PDF | Matched to the Auto Pay debit on your uploaded bank statement |
| Repeat for every location | Bills are pushed to QuickBooks Online or Xero |
| Match each Auto Pay debit to its statement |
Why people stop doing this by hand
One location, one bill a month: it is a two-minute download. Several billing accounts, for different locations or services, turn it into a monthly scavenger hunt through the Billing Dashboard. Each Auto Pay debit is easy to see on your bank statement and hard to prove without the statement, which is exactly what an accountant needs before booking it.
Inbox Ledger connects to Gmail, Outlook or IMAP with read-only access, finds invoices and receipts, extracts the data with AI, matches them to bank statement transactions, and pushes bills to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Comcast Business statements live in My Account, so download the PDFs and upload them; Inbox Ledger then ties each one to its Auto Pay debit.
Next step
Single location and a bookkeeper with their own login: download monthly and move on. Several locations or a year of missing statements: pull all 24 months from My Account while they are online, upload them, and follow our month-end close checklist to keep it from piling up again.
Quick access
Jump straight to the Comcast Business billing page in a new tab.
Open Comcast Business billingWhere to look in the dashboard
- My Account → Billing → Billing Dashboard → View Past Invoices for each billing account
- Billing Account Details → Invoices and Transaction History tabs
- My Account → Billing → Bills (or Most Recent Invoice), with the PDF icon per bill
- My Account user management gives employees their own access
Before you start — quick checklist
- You signed in with a user that has billing access on the account
- Every billing account listed on the Billing Dashboard is covered
- The statements cover the whole period, within the 24-month online window
- Taxes, surcharges and fees are booked with the service they belong to
- Paperless Billing is on, so statements land in My Account automatically
- Each Auto Pay debit on your bank statement matches a downloaded statement
Pro tips
- Comcast keeps up to 24 months of archived statements in My Account. Download a full year at a time when you close the books, so you are not calling support for a missing month.
- With more than one billing account, use the Billing Dashboard and open each one with View Past Invoices. A missing location is usually a billing account you did not open, not a missing bill.
- The Comcast Business billing address is printed under New Charges Summary on each bill, which you need if you mail a check or your AP system asks for the remit address.
- Comcast may advertise a discount for enrolling in Paperless Billing and Auto Pay with a bank account on some offers. If you rely on it, check that both stay on after any account change.
- Bills carry taxes, surcharges and fees beyond the plan price. Comcast publishes an explanation of them on its Understanding Your Comcast Business Bill page, which helps when the monthly total looks wrong.
