Step-by-step: download invoices from Verizon Business
- 1
Pick the right Verizon business portal
Verizon Business bills live in three places, none of them your personal My Verizon account. My Business Wireless covers business mobile lines. My Business Wireline covers Fios Business internet and phone. Verizon Enterprise Center serves enterprise accounts. Sign in to the one that matches the service on the bill, because a bill you are looking for in the wrong portal simply is not there.
- 2
In My Business Wireless, go to Billing, then View bill details
Click the Billing tab at the top of almost every page and go to Billing, then View bill details, then Recent bills. You land on a Quick Bill Summary for the latest bill. Change the Statement Date to open any bill from the last 13 months, and use the account selector if your company has more than one wireless account.
- 3
Download the bill PDF
On the bill page, use the Download icon to save a copy. Breakdown of Total Charges shows the charges for each line, which is what you need to allocate phone costs by employee or department. Bills older than 13 months are archived, and Verizon has a process to request archived bills from the past seven years.
- 4
For Fios Business, use View Bill in My Business Wireline
In My Business Wireline, click View Bill in the Billing and Payments section. The paper bill icon downloads your current bill as a PDF, and the get past bills icon downloads earlier ones. Wireline keeps the past 24 months of statements online. Verizon bills most wireline services one month in advance, so a new service or mid-cycle change shows partial-month charges.
- 5
In Verizon Enterprise Center, go to Billing, then View invoices
Sign in to Verizon Enterprise Center and select Billing, then View invoices. Filter by month with the calendar icon or by account number with the filter icon, then download the invoice as PDF or TXT. Invoices older than 13 months are archived; request them from the calendar icon with Request historical invoices.
About Verizon Business billing
You download a Verizon Business bill from the business portal that matches the service. Business mobile lines use My Business Wireless (Billing, then View bill details, then Download). Fios Business uses My Business Wireline (View Bill, then the PDF icons). Larger accounts use Verizon Enterprise Center (Billing, then View invoices). Personal My Verizon accounts never show these bills.
That split is the whole problem for most small businesses. The phones were set up on one login, the office internet on another, and each portal has its own history window.
Wireless keeps 13 months of bills online and wireline keeps 24. If you are catching up a year of books, download the Verizon bills now, before the oldest month slips into the archive and turns into a request.
About Verizon Business
Verizon Business is the business side of Verizon, selling mobile lines, Fios Business internet and phone, and enterprise network services. Small and mid-sized businesses manage service and billing in My Business, split into My Business Wireless for mobile and My Business Wireline for Fios Business, while enterprise customers use Verizon Enterprise Center. Bills are issued per billing account, and a company can have several; My Business Wireless lets you switch between accounts on the bill page.

Why people stop doing this by hand
A telecom bill is one of the easiest expenses to book and one of the easiest to lose. It recurs every month, it is paid by AutoPay so nobody looks at it, and when your bookkeeper asks for the document behind the debit, it sits in a portal whose login belongs to whoever set up the phones. Multiply that by two or three Verizon accounts and the same exercise for internet, and it is an hour every month end.
Inbox Ledger connects to Gmail, Outlook or IMAP with read-only access, finds invoices and receipts, extracts the data with AI, matches them to bank statement transactions, and pushes bills to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Verizon's paper-free email tells you a bill is ready, and the PDF itself lives in My Business, so the honest workflow is to download the PDFs and upload them. Inbox Ledger then matches each bill to its AutoPay debit.
Next step
One Verizon account and one person who downloads the bill each month: keep doing it. Several accounts, wireless plus Fios, or a year of missing telecom bills before tax time: download the PDFs while they are still inside the online window, upload them to Inbox Ledger, and use our bank reconciliation guide to tie it off.

Before you start — quick checklist
- You downloaded from the business portal, not a personal My Verizon account
- Every Verizon account number your company has is accounted for, wireless and wireline
- Per-line charges are allocated to the right employee, department or cost center
- One-time and partial-month charges after a plan change are explained
- Paper-free billing notices go to an accounts payable inbox you monitor
- Bills you need for records are saved before they pass the 13-month online window
Pro tips
- My Business Wireless keeps 13 months of bills on demand, wireline keeps 24. Download what you need for tax records before it is archived, so you are not waiting on an archive request at audit time.
- Paper-free billing sends an email each month when the wireless bill is ready. Point it at an accounts payable inbox rather than the person who opened the account years ago, so someone actually downloads the bill.
- My Business Wireless supports cost centers on lines, managed under Manage, then Account, then View wireless numbers. Coding lines to departments there makes the bill itself do your allocation.
- If your bank uses ACH debit filters, Verizon publishes its ACH company IDs. Add them, or AutoPay debits can be blocked and the account goes past due.
- In Verizon Enterprise Center you only see billing accounts added to your profile. If a known account is missing, request access to add it rather than assuming there is no bill.
